With the 2016 Summer Olympics starting today I am ready to cheer on my favorite athletes from #TeamUSA. From rigorous workouts to a strict diet, I’m always in awe of what the athletes endure to get their bodies ready to complete on the world stage. While most of us couldn’t begin to train like an athlete, we can certainly take steps to sleep like one.
