Make It! Blueberry Power Smoothie

I love waking up in the morning and making smoothies for my family. The key to making the smoothie process fast and easy is having a recipe and prepping ingredients the night before. A family favorite of ours is the Blueberry Power Smoothie. Combining blueberries with cranberry juice, strawberries and bananas create a smoothie filled with antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C, potassium and flavor.

<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>1 cup of frozen Blueberries</h2>
<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>1/2 cup of fresh strawberries</h2>
<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>1 medium banana</h2>
<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>3/4 cup of no sugar added cranberry juice</h2>
<h2 style=”text-align: center;”>Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth</h2>

<p style=”text-align: center;”>If buying fresh strawberries, cut the stems off the night before, and store in the fridge. This will help the morning process go much faster.</p>
<p style=”text-align: center;”>For optimal results, never blend your smoothie the night before. Trust me. I have tired this and the results were not near as good as making it fresh and drinking it right away.</p>
