Influenster Spring Fever VoxBox Product Reviews

Spring Fever VoxBox

Let’s jump right into the reviews shall we!

Secret Outlast Deodorant $4.59

Secret Outlast

Before receiving the VoxBox, I was using Degree. I have read that it’s a good idea to switch deodorant every now and again. So, I was open to trying something new. I have to say that like the results I have seen so far. Because it’s a clear gel, it leaves absolutely no white marks on my clothes. Gotta love that! It’s the worst to put on a shirt or dress and then have deodorant stains on it! Since I have been using it, I have stayed dry all day. I will say that I don’t do a lot of rigorous activity. So, any deodorant I use doesn’t have to work that hard to keep me dry!

NYC New York Color Applelicious Lip Balm: $2.99

I am a huge lip balm fan. Very rarely do I wear lipstick… I live by a good lip balm! Overall, I enjoy using the product. My favorite part about it is the smell. When you apply it, it smells just like a freshly cut apple. I also like that it adds a very subtle hint of red to my lips. The price is very compelling, but I wasn’t convinced enough to switch from The Body Shop lip products I currently use.

imPress Broadway Nails $5.99-$7.99

Impress Manicure in Joyride

I take pride in taking care of my real nails. So, I wasn’t sure if I would like wearing press on nails. I had the image in my mind that they would look cheesy and fall off very easily. Needless to say, I was wrong. I have received lots of compliments on my nails and when I told people they were press on’s they seemed a bit shocked. imPress nails would be great for a quick fix or if you are just feeling too lazy to do them yourself! The only issue I had is that my nails was almost as long as the imPress nails so a tiny bit of my nail were peeking out underneath. I shared a photo on Instagram of me wearing the nails:

Schwarzkopf Osis Dust It $23.50

Osis Dust it

When I read the package, the description said, “A mattifying, multi purpose powder.” I thought, “What in the world am I going to use this on my hair for?” Instead of just tossing it, I decided to give it a try one night. I opened the package, twisted, the cap, sprinkled some on my hands, and sure enough, it was a white powder…hmmm…I rubbed it together in my hands and it became clear and waxy, similar to a styling wax. I applied it to my hair just like I would if I were using Bumble and Bumble Sumo wax. I was completely surprised that I liked the results! It helped to define my layers and give my hair a piece-y look. It wasn’t heavy and didn’t leave a residue.
